How it works
One timeline
DayAcross reads the calendars already on your Mac and lays them on a single day view. Each time zone is its own column. Hours line up across columns, so 3:00 p.m. in one place sits next to the same moment everywhere else.
Add the zones that matter — a teammate, a client, a city you travel through — and keep your own day in the first column.
Working hours
Set when you’re available. Hours outside that window grey out, so you can see a slot that’s open for you and still reasonable for everyone else.
Conflicts show up as overlaps on the same row. You don’t have to convert times in your head to notice them.
Copy availability
When you’ve found a window that works, generate a short summary of working hours and open slots for every time zone on the board. Paste it into Slack, Mail, or a calendar invite.
Your calendars stay on your Mac
There is no DayAcross account. The app does not upload or cloud-sync your events. Grant Calendar access when prompted, or turn it on in System Settings.
